So carbonara:

3 Cheese slices/2 moo cheese segments/Half a tub of cream cheese (or really any kind of cheese that's not very solid) Enough milk to cover the pan to a depth of 2/3 cm A chopped onion Any kind of sliced meat or sausage 1 vegetable stock cube

The sauce takes about 10 minutes from woe to go, so I generally do this: 1. Put the water on the stove, 2. Chop the onion, etc, 3. Put the pasta in the boiling water, 4. Make the sauce: 5. Add the drained pasta to the sauce in the pan.

Sauce: - Fry the onion for a couple of minutes then add the chopped meat product until you think it looks ready - Pour the milk into the pan and add the cheese. Mush the cheese around until it break apart and starts to melt - Add the vegetable stock cube and any other herbs you feel would taste good. I use generic salad herb mix, but plain oregano is good too. - Wait for the sauce to go creamy, then mix it with pasta

Not too difficult, but it took me a couple of goes to get the timing down pat. Have fun
